杨军,男,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2005年毕业于中国科学技术大学物理系,获理学博士学位,2005年任职于合肥工业大学光电技术研究院,现任微波研究室主任、安徽省微波器件工程技术研究中心副主任,从事微波太赫兹器件及应用研究。

研究方向
 


1.基于液晶、金属氧化物等功能材料的微波太赫兹调控器件;

2.主动可控太赫兹超材料器件;

3.毫米波太赫兹相控阵天线。
